The source scanners like the source scanner for user exits have an ownknowledge base, which contains some information about how sourcesshould be.
In this case the embeded knowledge base classified a source as"dangerous". This means that it contains statements like TRANSFER, OPEN
,.. . And this meight be the case either for the main source, or forany recursively included source.

Procedure
For such a program you may not switch the Unicode flag without doingall the testing over again.
