Diagnosis The project/WBS element &V2& is assigned to controlling area &V1&.However, controlling area &V1& is not assigned to an operating concern. System Response The checks could not be made. Procedure Assign controlling area &V1& to an operating concern, or make thechecks omitting the settlement rule check.
