Diagnosis
The previous hierarchy of the characteristic &V2& with the ID &V1& istime-independent. The modified version is time-dependent. Because theyare being used in aggregates, they cannot be activated.

Procedure
Check whether the hierarchy should actually be time-dependent. If not,you need to adapt the hierarchy.
If it needs to be time-dependent then you need to deactivate theaggregates that use this hierarchy.
