Diagnosis
Several apportionment units are assigned to the settlement variant.These include apportionment units that are intended for the ownersettlement as well as apportionment units that are intended only forthe tenant settlement.
These apportionment units can be combined with each other, which meansthat a settlement variant may contain apportionment units for ownersand tenants. The total of the percentage values must equal 100%.
Example 1:

Example 2:
The apportionment for owner and tenant is to be made on the basis of50% by area. The remaining 50% is to be apportioned according tocoownership share for the owner and by consumption for the tenant.
