SAP Message REXCPT4001 - Only Portuguese tenancy law is allowed for stamp tax calculation

Diagnosis
The reason can be any of the following:

  • You have selected an incorrect tenancy law in the contract

  • The tenancy law you have chosen was not set for the contract type

    • Procedure
    Check if you have selected the Portuguese tenancy law in the contract.
    You must also set the tenancy law to the real estate contract type inthe Assign Contract Types to Stamp Tax Types
