SAP Message REXCJP403 - Customization fields are different for the RE objects &

Diagnosis
The Tax Type, Tax Group, Tax Calc Method, Price Calculation andConsumption Sharing method fields in the maintenance view of Fixed UnitPrices may differ for the different real estate objects. This causesincorrect results in the cost distribution.

System Response
The system searches the fixed unit price defined for higher-level realestate objects. The levels in descending order are the following:

  • Business Entity

  • Participation Group

  • Building

    • Procedure
    Check the maintenance of the Fixed Unit Prices. Correct the entries ordefine fixed unit prices for higher-level real estate objects.
