Diagnosis A lock can not be created for the Calculated External Costs tablebecause another SAP transaction is using the lock. Technical Information: The C_ENQUEUE routine returned the followingvalues COLLISION_OBJECT = &SYST-MSGV2& COLLISION_UNAME = &SYST-MSGV1& System Response The execution of Pre-Step transaction will be terminated due to lockingfailure. Procedure Look in the lock table to establish which user or transaction is usingthe requested lock (Tools -> Administration -> Monitor -> Lock entries).You may need to contact the user in question.
