Assigning a profit center is mandatory for condominium management, sincethe profit center is the basis for separation of assets for thedifferent owners in a condominium owner company code.

Procedure
Assign a unique profit center for the owner. When you create amanagement contract, the system proposes the partner number of the owneras the profit center number.
You can create a new profit center by choosing Create Profit Center
