Diagnosis
The contract contains a rental object with usage type &V1&that is assignedto a settlement unit for service charge key &V2&.The costs that should beborne by the tenants for the rental period, however, are not passed on to the tenants, since there is no suitable advancepayment/flatrate for the service charge key, and no setting was made in Customizingfor the usage type/service charge key.

Procedure

• If you want to distribute the costs to tenants, enter an
appropriate condition type on the contract, or assign Finalsettlement on the contract on the Settlement Participation tabpage.

• If you want to generally settle costs of this service
charge key even without a condition type, then set up the defaultsettlement participation for the service charge key and set the usagetype to Final settlement inCustomizing.
