Assessment contracts contain advance payments for costs of thecondominium owners' association (COA) that are settled later during COAsettlement. For the purpose of this settlement, the system checks if itcan determine settlement participation for the conditions. This checkwas not successful. One of the following is the cause:

• No rules regarding settlement participation were generated for the
conditions. In this case see the Define DefaultValues for Settlement Participation per Service Charge Key IMGactivity.

• Or no settlement units were created yet.
