Diagnosis
Settlement schema &V1& is set up in Customizing so that correspondencecannot be started within the settlement. Instead it has to be startedusing the separate correspondence program for service chargesettlement.
When the separate correspondence program is used the status of theactually created documents is not available in the correspondence
step of the service charge settlement.

Start the separate correspondence program.
