Diagnosis
You are performing a service charge settlement or tenant settlement in acondominium owners' association (COA). The advance payments of theperiod being settled were already settled in a previous settlement.Therefore, these advance payments are not allowed to be settled again.

Procedure
In the case of this kind of "subsequent settlement", you have to use a settlement schema in which the Do NotDetermine Advance Payments indicator is set.
Alternative: If the subsequent settlement uses different service chargekeys than the original settlement, then you can set these keys toFinal Settlement in the settlement participation.
