Diagnosis
The planned orders you selected cannot be converted into eitherproduction orders or process orders. The reason for this could be thatyou maintained a repetitive manufacturing profile in the materialmaster record. You can only convert planned orders if you have notentered a repetitive manufacturing profile or profile 1000 (from 4.5 nolonger supported --> OSS note 104627).

Procedure
Delete the repetitive manufacturing profile in the material masterrecord in the MRP 4 screen.
Proceed with function
Then you have to restart the planning table to activate the changes.
