Diagnosis
In RE-FX, the keys for notification rules must be unique, that meansthat notification rule &V1& is not allowed to be used as a key for adeadline regulation and as a period regulation at the same time.However, this was allowed in Classic RE. If there is such a case of anotification rule from Classic RE not being unique, then the systemreplaces the rule. The system replaces the 12th position with the value2, so that notification rule &V1& is replaced by notification rule &V2&.
