System Response
The system does not accept your entry as it does not make sense tocalculate the option rate of rental objects and occupancy contractsaccording to the measurements for one object only.

Procedure
Define another method for rental objects and/or occupancy contracts.The most common methods are:

• "Opts" with a "Predefined" option rate of 100%


• "Does Not Opt" with a "Predefined" option rate of "0"

You may also make an entry directly in the object for rental objectsand lease-outs (in the case of, say, negotiated option rates) ("FreelyDefinable" method) or make an automatic setting using a customer exiton the basis of, say, the business entity.
