Diagnosis
You have chosen rule &V1& (&V2&) as the automatic renewal rule. Howeverthe Customizing settings requires the approval of at least one of thetwo contractual parties for renewals.

System Response
To implement automatic renewals, you can only use rules that are notsubject to approval. Otherwise no automatic contract renewal (a renewalwithout manually entering the approval date) is possible.

Procedure
Choose a rule that is not subject to approval. If you really need thisrule, contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
Copy the rule &V1& (subject to approval) under another name and deletethe two indicators that determine that the rule is subject to approval.
