SAP Message REB_GENERATOR317 - Internal scale element &1 could not be written into the DDIC

Diagnosis The internal scale element &v1& could not be written to the DDIC. An internal scale element is a standard structure. It must fulfillcertain minimum requirements in terms of consistency before it can becreated in the DDIC. The problem is probably due to a program error. System Response The internal scale element &v1& is not copied to the DDIC and cannot beactivated later because the structure does not exist in the DDIC. Procedure Inform your system administrator.
