Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the entries in the scale table refer to condition recordsthat are still required. If not, they must be deleted including therelevant entries in the associated condition table, the additional table(if one exists), the reference book, and any further scale tables. Donot delete just the entries in this database table, since this wouldrender the system inconsistent.
In future releases, it will be possible to archive the relevantcondition records. This solution is preferable because data loss doesnot occur.
