Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the condition records in the additional condition tableare still required. If not, they must be deleted along with the relevantentries in the associated condition table, the reference book, and anyscale tables. Do not delete just the entries in this database table,since this would render the system inconsistent.
In future releases, it will be possible to archive the relevantcondition records. This solution is preferable because data loss doesnot occur.
