A condition table is addressed by one or more access sequences when acondition is accessed. In a live environment, deleting the conditiontable would be fatal if it is still required.

If you have deleted the condition table and the error occurred in themethod execution while a transport request was being imported, thechanges to the relevant access sequences must be contained in the samerequest or in a request imported earlier.
If the condition table really is no longer used in an access sequence,contact your support organization.
