Diagnosis
The scale table line category &v1& could not be written to the DDIC.
A scale table line category is a standard structure. It must fulfillcertain minimum requirements in terms of consistency before it can becreated in the DDIC.
A scale table line category is generated for each scale table and isrequired to maintain scales in condition maintenance. For this purpose,further fields are added to the scale table that are required atruntime, for example, a field containing information about the databaseoperations performed.
The problem is probably due to an error in the scale table definition ora program error.

System Response
The scale table line category &v1& is not copied to the DDIC and cannotbe activated later because it does not exist in the DDIC.
