Diagnosis
A functional location is to be automatically created by RE for objectV1 . however, a functional location with the name created alreadyexists.
It is not possible to assign the existing functional location, as thishas already been assigned to a different real estate object.

System Response
The system is unable to create the functional location automatically.

Inform your system administrator.
