SAP Message REBDPM009 - Error in name of functional location

Diagnosis
An error occurred when the name of the functional location wasgenerated. The name &V1& does not conform to the conventions setup in Customizing in structure indicator
&V2&.

System Response
The functional location cannot be created. It is not possible to savethe object.

Procedure
You can choose to do one of the following:

  • Change the name of the functional location.

  • Use your own routine (BAdI) to generate the name of the functional
    • location.
