Diagnosis
You entered the highest floor serviced by the elevator. However, you didnot ener a value in the Top Floor field, or you entered a topfloor that is below the floor in the Elevator to Floor field.

Procedure
Enter the floors so that the elevator goes to the top floor or a floorbelow it.
