Diagnosis
You want to assign usage object &V1& to an architectural object. Howeverthe usage object has not yet been assigned uniquely to a higher-levelobject within the assignment period.

System Response
The system does not allow you to save the changes.

Procedure
Make one of the following changes:

• A higher-level object has not been uniquely assigned within the
assignment period (&V2&). Correct the assignment period.

• The assignment within the architectural hierarchy is not unique. You may
experience this, for example, if a pooled space is to be assigned to thearchitectural view and the buildings for the pooled space have eithernot been assigned to an architectural hierarchy or have been assigned toa different one. First assign the higher-level object for the usageobject to the higher-level object for the architectural object that youwant to assign.

• Undo the assignment in the architectural object, and process the periods
and hierarchies relating to the usage objects.
