SAP Message REAJME069 - No index points &1/&2 found on &3

Diagnosis
The system requires index levels for certain dates in order to calculatethe next possible adjustment. Possible reasons for this message arelisted below.

  • You defined a minimum change. During the determination, the system
  • checks to see when the minimum change is reached. It does so startingfrom the last index level (dependent on the frequency). If the system isnot able to find an index level for a certain date, then you receivethis message.
Example: Frequency 1 month, minimum change 5 points, last adjustmentJanuary 01, 2008 with index level 100. Index levels are maintainedmonthly until December 2009. The index level remains below 105 untilthen. Error message is issued if accessed for January 2010.
    • You defined fixed adjustment frequencies. In addition, you defined the
    • adjustment direction as 'Only Increases Allowed#. If the systemdetermines that the index level has been sinking since the lastadjustment (taking the adjustment frequency into consideration), thenthe adjustment is postponed for another frequency period. It is alsopossible that no more index levels were maintained, and that the errormessage is issued for that reason.
Example: Only increases allowed, frequency is 12 months, last adjustmentwas January 01, 2008 with index level 100. The index level for January2009 is less than 100, and no index level is maintained for January2010. Error message is issued if accessed for January 2010.
