Diagnosis
This message may be triggered by one of two things:

• You have chosen a totals record.


• You have chosen a record which is not a manual reduction.

In this environment, you can only cancel history records originatingfrom manual reduction. All other records can be raised with theappropriate transaction. This includes setting the amount to zero orposting a record with a negative amount.
