Diagnosis
The time zone of the SAP system could not be determined. The time zoneis required to determine the UTC time (which is used as the basis forthe CO-PA time stamp) from the time stamp of the generic delta (whichuses the application server time). The transaction data is extractedusing the CO-PA timestamp.

Procedure
Make the Customizing settings for your time zone as described in SAPNote 198411, and then restart the extraction.
