SAP Message RCG051 - Assign characteristic &1 a characteristic value

Diagnosis When you assigned the characteristic to the development element type,you defined that at least one characteristic value of characteristicV1 should be assigned to the development element, but this was notdone. Procedure Assign characteristic &V1& a characteristic value.
