Diagnosis
The system was unable to set alerts to Completed. This may becaused, for example, if the segment has been set to communicationerror.

Procedure
Display the CCMS Selfmonitoring monitor set in the SAP CCMS TechnicalExpert Monitors. This monitor set tells you what is causing theproblem.
