Diagnosis
The system cannot determine segment information for the specifiedsystem. This is caused by an RFC communication problem.

Procedure
Call Transaction RZ21 and display the segment overview. The segmentstatus indicates the problem:

• Online means that everything is ok.


• Offline means that the system has been manually shut down.


• Com means that there is a communication error.
