Diagnosis
You are creating your own monitor definition. The system displays astatic inventory of the systems that can be included in your monitor. Itdoes not make sense to try to change these nodes, they are forpresentation only. You can only change virtual nodes and rule nodes.

Procedure
From the list of selectable MTEs, choose the monitoring objects andattributes that you want to include in your monitor. These MTEs arestatic, that is, your monitor will not be automatically updated with anynew MTEs that are entered in this inventory.
If you want to edit the MTE node display options, mark an MTE and thenchoose Change. You can then choose whether to display the long orshort MTE name.
