Diagnosis
An unknown error occurred while generating the where-used list. The wher
e-used list determines the use of workbooks in the activity groups andin the favorites of all users. For example, when a workbook is deleted,the system attempts to generate a where-used list so that when the lastreference to a workbook is deleted, the workbook is deleted from thedatabase.

Procedure
You should activate at least one activity group for BI Content; this gro
up must contain the workbook.
