Diagnosis
The cut operation affects locked InfoObjects.
InfoObjects are locked if, for example,

• they are contained in the active version of the object AND the object
already contains data

• they are contained in the validity table for non-cumulatives (InfoCube)


• they are contained in the related archiving object.

Locked InfoObjects cannot be removed from the object.

System Response
In order to ensure consistency, the system terminates the entire cutoperation.

Procedure
Only select dimensions, hierarchy nodes and InfoObjects that are notlocked and and do not contain any locked objects.
