Diagnosis Key figure &V1&, which is selected in the identification list for theMultiProvider and is mapped to key figure &V3&, is referenced to unitV2. however, this unit is not in the multiprovider. System Response In the following example case this situation can cause an error: Key figure K1 refers to unit U1, K2 also refers to U1. Both key figures are in an InfoSet (that is involved in theMultiProvider) as InfoSet field names. K1 as IS___F001 with reference toU1 as IS___F010 and K2 as IS___F002 with U1 as IS___F011. If K1 and K2 are transferred to the MultiProvider (for example, from anInfoCube) and field IS___F001 is mapped to (selected for) K1 and fieldIS___F002 is mapped to K2 , only one InfoObject U1 is available for bothunits IS___F010 and IS___F011. In this case, the system randomly assignsone of the two units. If there are different values for the units, anerror will occur (for example, Euro and Dollar values are bothinterpreted as Euro). Procedure If it is possible that the fields IS___F010 and IS___F011 could havedifferent units for the data records from the InfoSet, the InfoSet keyfigures IS___F001 and IS___F002 must be transferred to the MultiProvider(instead of being mapped to K1 and K2). Then the "correct" units willalso be available in the list of InfoObjects of the MultiProvider. |
