Diagnosis A reference object can be defined for an InfoObject. The structure and properties of an InfoObject derive from the propertiesof the reference object. Upon generating a BI model based on a sourcemodel, the reference object of the InfoObject is used to obtain thehighest possible object reuse. Two types of reference objects are currently supported:
- Business object node field
- Global data type (for example, currencies, country codes, and so on)
Procedure Enter the complete path of your reference object. A business object nodehas the following structure:
- Software component version
- Name of business object
- Namespace of business object
- Name of business object node
- Namespace of business object node
- Path for field name of business object node
Each component can have its own namespace. This can be particularlyrelevant to dependent objects and extensions. Example: Software component version: SD_CORE Name of business object: SalesOrder Namespace of business object: http://www.sales.sap.com Name of business object node: Header Namespace of business object node: http://www.sales.sap.com Field name: Name: ID Warning: Activate the InfoObject again.>
