You may be dealing with

• a DataStore object,


• an InfoCube,


• a MultiProvider,


• an InfoObject


• or an InfoSet.

Since all of these object types are in a single namespace (for example,you cannot have an InfoCube xyz and a DataStore object xyz at the sametime) the object is locked centrally under the term "InfoProvider".

Procedure
You are only able to display the object for the time being.
If you want to edit the object: Close the transaction that is locked bythe user named, and restart the function.
