Diagnosis
The time-dependency of an attribute of characteristic &V1& was changed.The master data table must therefore be converted. This conversion wasnot successful on the database.

System Response
Characteristic &V1& cannot be activated and is locked against changesuntil the activation is successful.

Procedure
Analyze the activation log and try, after resolving the causes oferror, to activate the characteristic &V1& once again.
Where necessary consult your database administrator or report directlyto SAP.
