Diagnosis
Characteristic &V1& is used as an attribute or navigational attributeof characteristic &V2&. Characteristic &V3& has been inserted in thecompund of characteristic &V1&. In this grouping, characteristic &V3&must be likewise an attribute or a navigational attribute ofcharacteristic &V2& (or be in the compound of characteristic &V2&),which is, however, not the case.

System Response
Characteristic &V1& can not be activated.

Procedure
Firstly include the characteristic &V3& as an attribute or anavigational atttribute (or in the compound) of characteristic &V2&before you actiavte characteristic &V1&.
