Diagnosis
With the active version of characteristic &1& the hierarchy structureor the entire hierarchy. The current version, however, has a differenttime-dependency. This change is incompatible and cannot be converted.

System Response
If the hierarchy table of characteristic &V1& still contains data, thenthe characteristic cannot be activated. This data would be lost.

Procedure
Undo the change to the time-dependency, or first delete the hierarchiesof characteristic &V1&.
