Diagnosis
Small letters have been allowed up until now for characteristic &V1&.After activating the characteristic, small letters are invalid.

System Response
The characteristic cannot be used if master data still exist.

Procedure
If you wish to set small letters for characteristic &V1& as invalid,then you firstly have to delete the master data of the characteristic.
