Diagnosis
For characteristic &V1& the time-dependency of the attribute has beenchanged. Attributes therefore find there way from the time-dependentmaster data table into the time-independent table, and vice versa.Errors occur during this conversion of master data tables. Parts of themaster data tables are already converted and no longer fit in the oldactive version of the characteristic. On the other hand errors occurredin the continued running of the activation.

System Response
Characteristic &V1& is blocked for changes until activation has beensuccessfully completed.

Procedure
Try to activate characteristic &V1& and eventually remove the errorsthat have arisen. The characteristic can then be changed again.
In order to be able to change the characteristic without activationhaving been successful, you should delete the block, but only ifabsolutely necessary and preferably in consultation with SAP.
If you want to further change the characteristic manually or try toreturn it to its old active state, master data may be lost.
