Diagnosis
The hierarchy structure for characteristic &V1& is not time-dependentin the old active version - but in the new revised version thehierarchy structure is time-dependent.

System Response
The validity interval must be entered in the hierarchy table duringactivation. This can take a long time - depending on the size of thehierarchy table.

Procedure
If activation cancels because of timeout, you will have to activate thecharacteristic in the background.
