Diagnosis
The characteristic becomes a data target or InfoProvider through theassignment of an InfoArea. This is only possible if the characteristichas text or master data. Characteristic &V1& has neither master datanor Text.
There is no point having navigation attributes for the characteristicas as InfoProvider.

System Response
InfoArea &V2& is removed again and cannot be entered.
In addition, the navigation attributes for the characteristic asInfoProvider are removed.

Procedure
Change characteristic &V1& so that is has either master data or text.You will then be able to assign an InfoArea, or insert thecharacteristic as a data target.
