Diagnosis
The master data for characteristic &V1& has to be converted, because anattribute has been deleted, or the time-dependency of an attribute hasbeen changed. This process is possible, only if the master data forcharacteristic &V1& is active. The master data table &V2& containsonly new or modified records, that have not yet been activated.

System Response
Characteristics &V1& cannot be activated.

Procedure
Activate the master data for characteristic &V1&, before you activatethe characteristic itself.
