Diagnosis
V2 'v3' for characteristic v1 is time-dependent. the buffering ofindividual records is pointless because nothing is ever read with thecomplete specified key.

System Response
The table '&V3&' will be created as non-buffered.

Procedure
If the table '&V3&' is probably only going to contain a small amount ofdata (about 50KB), you should mark the table as fully bufferedto improve query performance.
To do this, double-click on table '&V3&' and branch to the datadictionary. Then select 'Goto --> Techncal Settings' and change thebuffering to 'Buffering On' and the buffering type to 'fully buffered'.
