Diagnosis The city <(>&<)>V1<(>&<)> is not postally autonomous. Its postal city<(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> must be used in postal addresses instead, so the citynames are swapped in the address <(>&<)>V1<(>&<)> is the 'Diff. res.city', <(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> is the 'City').
