Diagnosis
The view V_ADRSTRT for the specified street could be read in thelanguage &V3&, however the field STREET is empty. This can really onlybe caused by an error in the data transfer.
This check will only run when the flag 'XREGS' (address check with cityfile) is marked in the table T005 (country table).
