As long as these errors are not corrected, no addresses may be createdor deleted and no address usages may be maintained. In addition,the validity period of an address may not be changed (apart from theincorrect address itself), and no moves may be carried out.

First correct the incorrect or inconsistent validity period of theappropriate address.
