Diagnosis
There are four different validity limit values:
Lower minimum limit: from this limit value it is optional
Upper minimum limit: from this limit value it is required
Lower maximum limit: up to this limit value it is required
Upper maximum limit: up to this limit value it is optional
to create a validity interval for a record.
The following conditions apply to limit values:
Lower minimum limit <= Upper minimum limit
Upper minimum limit <= Lower maximum limit
Lower maximum limit <= Upper maximum limit
The conditions were not adhered to when limit values were specified.
This is probably a program error.
